We’re at a pay equity tipping point. Since we published our inaugural report in March 2022, a succession of states and cities passed pay transparency laws that are changing how employers and workers handle and view compensation. 

This now-open black box of compensation launched an era of accountability for HR leaders, who must lead companies through the complex web of regulations.
